The location was perfect, quiet yet close to restaurants, bars, and shops. The room was comfortable with a kitchenette and a lovely balcony with a breathtaking sea view. Maria, the host, was fantastic, providing special touches and assisting with car hire. We highly recommend her shop in the main area. Thank you, Maria, for making our stay memorable.

The room we stayed in at Villa Pitsa was simply amazing! It had a kitchen with all the essentials, a TV for our entertainment, and a lovely terrace with breathtaking sea views. The private bathroom was also a plus, complete with a hair dryer. it was the perfect set-up for our family vacation.
I personally didn't like the fact that the twin/double room had a spa bath. But hey, that's just my opinion, some people might actually enjoy it.

The room I stayed in had a cozy seating area and a beautiful balcony with stunning views of the sea. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fresh breeze. I loved that the kitchen was fully equipped with a refrigerator and stovetop, allowing me to cook my own meals whenever I wanted. The private entrance of the studio made me feel like I had my own little slice of paradise, away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. Having a toaster in the apartment was a small but nice touch, making my mornings much easier. The spa bath in the twin/double room was a luxurious feature that added an extra level of relaxation to my stay.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the electric kettle in the studio. It just didn't have the same charm as a traditional teapot.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, offering excellent communication throughout our stay. The location was convenient, as it was within walking distance of the train station and city center. We also enjoyed the option of using the transportation service provided by the hotel, making our airport transfers hassle-free.
Couldn't stay longer, wish we had more time to explore this city.

the location was just right - close enough to the center for a leisurely stroll, but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. the charming town of Batsi had a great selection of bars and restaurants, and the beach was clean and safe for swimming. the highlight was the unique sea view from our studio, giving us the feeling of being on a boat. the kindness and friendliness of the people, especially the hostess Maria, made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place!
Nothing all good! 😄.
